燉雞汁
材料:
雞1隻 ( 約一斤 )
做法:
1) 先將雞斬開四件, 去除內臟, 洗淨備用
2) 把細碗返轉,放入大湯碗內
3) 把雞肉及骨放在大鍋與小碗之間,不用把肉壓到碗底,燉完後雞肉汁會自動藏在小碗內
4) 大碗上用大碟蓋住
5) 入蒸鍋,水滾起後,轉中小火,燉一小時
6)燉好後,輕按碗底,用筷子把肉拿掉,再把碗拿掉,雞肉汁就出來了,先用篩過濾一下,然後直接喝,加少量鹽也可以。

Cocoa Pudding
Ingredients:
40 grams of sugar
17 grams of cocoa powder
350 grams of milk
60 grams of room temperature water
6 grams of gelatine powder
Procedure:
1) Put gelatine powder thoroughly in water and completely dissolve.
2) Add milk (warm up to 60 degree Celsius) to cocoa powder and sugar and then mix well.
3) Add the gelatine solution, and rub with a strainer.
4) Pour the chocolate liquid in the bowl on ice water and cool until thickened while mixing.
5) Pour it into the mold and cool it in a refrigerator overnight.
6) Take it out of the mold and splash chocolate syrup on the top.
